Anita Filice has been in the real estate business on and off since the mid-eighties. She has worked on-sight for some famous New York City's residential skyscrapers. She has virtually worked in every neighborhood of Manhattan. Anita has been with Halstead Property for over five years. She has been a resident of New York's Upper West Side since graduating from Fordham University at Lincoln Center. Hence her knowledge of the Upper West Side's residential buildings and neighborhoods are vast.
Besides her knowledge of real estate, Anita is knowledgeable of the restaurant and gourmet food stores of Manhattan, since having a food business of her own.
A high percentage of her clients are referrals, because of her savvy dealing with buyers as well as sellers. She can also speak French, Spanish, and has knowledge of Italian.
