Christine Saxe is a native of New Canaan and well versed in both the history of her home town and the current real estate market. Her success as a broker has earned her numerous awards including a 2008 President's Silver Circle Member, a 2006 President's Bronze Circle Member, and a 2005 President's Gold Circle Member. Christine attributes some of her achievements to her interior design background. As she explains, “I am able to help my buying clients envision the possibilities in each prospective home, and I can be extremely helpful to my sellers by pointing out the strongest selling features of their property, even suggesting pre-listing improvements that will ensure a top dollar sale.”
Prior to entering the real estate profession, Christine received her B.A. from Denison University in Ohio. She then spent eight years working in the interior design industry, specializing in corporate sales and management. She is also an Accredited Staging Professional.
Christine embarked on her real estate career prepared to provide her clients with the highest level of customer service, with the aim of delivering complete customer satisfaction. Christine is living and raising her young family in New Canaan. Her two children are in the local school system and, along with her husband; they all actively participate in community activities. She is a member of The National Association of Realtors, The Connecticut Association of Realtors, The New Canaan Multiple Listing Service, and The Consolidated Multiple Listing Service.
