A true New Yorker, Elmar embodies the American Dream. His journey begins in the Soviet Azerbaijan, where as a sixteen year old youngster he made it possible for his family's construction business to survive Perestroika and successfully transition into the era of new economy. Soon thereafter he left for New York, driven by his dream to build a new home in the Land of the Free.
In 2002 he graduated from Baruch College with a degree in Finance and Investment and a minor in Marketing and Advertisement. Since then, Elmar has embarked on a string of successful entrepreneurial ventures, ranging from developing a novel approach to empower the university website to securing a 15 million dollar deal introducing Buffalo Jeans Inc. to the new Russian market.
Contract negotiation -- be it exploring international license agreements or debating future of the health care reform over a cup of coffee -- is Elmar's true passion. Patience, good will, attention to detail -- the essential qualities of a true entrepreneur -- make Elmar's success in real estate a no-brainer.
