Gary joined Halstead Property after a career in advertising. He was President and Creative Director of a boutique ad agency since 1986, with a special interest in the financial marketplace. His skills helped clients develop from startup, grow market share and repositioned some to become merger or buyout prospects.
While in his former career, Gary created the marketing and advertising materials for many of the newer high rise condos built over the last ten years. He's knowledgeable of what buyers need and understands the developers/sellers needs as well.
A graduate of Music & Art High and continuing studies through college right here in New York, Gary is currently a Printmaker in his free time. With this artistic background, he brings an understanding of design, space, color and proportion when working with clients.
Gary is a native New Yorker that lives in the Village with his wife and 2 Jack Russell 's. He knows what's in, what's out, and where to find "it", what ever "it" is. All this makes Gary a unique sales associate to work with.
