I have been happily associated with Halstead Property for five years, selling co-ops and condos in all areas of Manhattan. I most recently spent two years working on a team with one of Halstead's top producers. As the team leader, the scope of work required enormous attention to detail and high-touch service to both sellers and buyers, all the while working on multiple properties in various price ranges and neighborhoods.
This responsibility provided invaluable experience, which I have now translated to independent brokering. I very much enjoy being a real estate resource, as well as satisfying my clients' needs, whether they are first time buyers, New York residents looking to upgrade their apartment, or in the process of relocating to New York. A native Texan but a longtime resident of New York City, I rely on my strong determination, experience and knowledge to produce a successful result in this challenging Manhattan market. For over 20 years, I enjoyed a career in television, theatre and advertising as the owner of an independent casting company. I dealt with a wide range of actors, directors and producers in the U.S. and in Europe - and now happily bring those assets to residential Real Estate.
