Liz's clients value her ability to get it done right.
Words can't express how grateful we are for the wonderful job you did in helping us sell our house. You gave us excellent advice on when we should go to market.
During the negotiating process with the buyers and their broker, you provided excellent guardrails to keep the discussion/negotiations on a constructive/positive footing. When we got nervous during the waiting period for the buyers mortgage contingency to clear, you calmly focused us on the big picture.
You did a great job of managing the relationship between the sellers (us) and the buyers, their broker and their lawyer...We still can't believe that we had an accepted offer within one week of putting the house on the market. It only takes one buyer...and you found that buyer for us. We can't thank you enough.
