Born in Manhattan Lilyan grew up with a special affinity for the architecture of the City she loves and still calls her home. She studied painting and decorating and ultimately found that a career in real estate allowed her to combine a keen eye, a passion for design, and a genuine interest for meeting new people and helping them reach their goals. Besides, real estate is a natural for Lilyan whose family has a background in the business.
Lilyan has helped her clients buy and sell their homes all over Manhattan for the past ten years. She has a specialty in Co-ops and Condos, New Developments and conversions throughout Manhattan.
