Born in Paris, raised and educated in France and Switzerland, Nicole came to the U.S.A. in the 1960s to work as a purchasing agent for Air France's Engineering and Procurement Department.
Nicole is currently in her 20th successful year as a real estate professional and member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). She joined Brown Harris Stevens as a residential specialist in 1986 and then in 2002 moved her affiliation to Halstead Property, LLC, a sister company managed by Terra Holdings.
Nicole's philosophy is simple - residential real estate is not only one's home, it is also one's most important investment. She believes quality brokerage representation demands not only cutting-edge knowledge about specific apartments but also detailed knowledge of buildings and extensive knowledge of co-op boards and their requirements. Her approach is a conservative one - knowing your customer well and then targeting him/her exclusively to "appropriate" properties. This focus married with her keen eye for value are the keys to her sustained success.
Nicole has cultivated a distinguished sales track record and in doing so, has earned the respect and admiration of other sales professionals. Halstead has recognized her significant contribution by designating her as member of both of Gold and Platinum circles and of the Producers Council.
Away from work in the winter, Nicole enjoys skiing and antiquing near her home in Londonderry, Vermont. During the summer, she plays golf and tennis, and enjoys gardening in Sconset on Nantucket Island.
