Prior to joining Halstead, Shery was a managing director at Bear Stearns working on cross-functional special projects and a senior director at American Express, managing company-wide reengineering efforts. As an independent business advisor she worked with Johnson & Johnson, Ford and a number of start-up companies. Shery serves on the board of her building and is a board director for the Financial Women's Association. She has an MBA and an undergraduate degree in physics.
