Halstead Property, LLC announced that John Wollberg has been appointed Director of Sales for the Eastside office. Reporting directly to the President Diane M. Ramirez, Wollberg will be responsible for the management, recruitment and strategic growth of the Eastside office, which currently represents more than 110 agents.
Wollberg was most recently Executive Vice President, Managing Director of ATCO Residential, a firm he founded in 1997. An active member of the Real Estate Board of New York, Wollberg chairs the REBNY Listing System and Technology Committees and until recently, he served as the elected co-chair of the Residential Board of Directors.
A driving force behind the development and launch of REBNY’s public web portal, ResidentialNYC.com, Wollberg serves as co-chair for the Board of ResidentialNYC. Wollberg graduated from the University of Maryland with a bachelor’s degree in Marketing.
