Halstead Property Names New Director of Corporate Business Development

RISMEDIA, March 16 — Halstead Property, LLC, one of the fastest growing residential real estate brokerage firms in New York, announced that Sharon E. Michnay has been named director of corporate business development. Previously, she was director of relocation, and will continue to oversee the relocation and ecommerce divisions for the company. In her new position, Ms. Michnay will direct business development functions including the creation and implementation of corporate initiatives, the identification of new revenue streams and the development of strategic corporate alliances throughout the industry. Michnay began her career in Manhattan real estate as a licensed real estate salesperson shortly after her own relocation from the Midwest. Later, she joined Halstead Relocation as a Relocation Counselor. She has obtained her Broker's License from the State of New York, her CRP (Certified Relocation Professional) and GMS (Global Mobility Specialist) from the Employee Relocation Council and her RCC (RELO Certified Coordinator) from RELO, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Sharon is also a member of Relocation Directors Council, Inc.
