Paul Gottsegen has been promoted to president of Halstead Management Company. He was most recently the executive vice president and director of management for the property management division of Halstead Property.
Gottsegen brings more than 25 years of experience, which encompasses all facets of building management, to this newly created position at Halstead Management Company. Prior to joining Halstead, he held executive positions with some of Manhattan's top residential management firms and was the owner and chief executive officer of Soren Management, Inc.
Gottsegen is a licensed real estate broker in New York, an Honorary Member of the New York Building Managers' Association, an Honorary Associate Member of the Scandinavian American Building Managers Guild and a Real Board of New York member.
Additionally, he holds the national designation of Certified Property Manager, which is awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management and was awarded CPM of the Year in 2006 by its local chapter.
