Halstead ProperTV takes “just browsing” to a new level.

Halstead ProperTV, a new section of Halstead.com, goes beyond the standard floorplans and images typically used in web listings and captures the future of property marketing by featuring top-quality, engaging video content that is easily navigated and quick to process yet has the image quality to showcase properties in detail.

Partnering with WellcomeMat, the leading provider of Web video technology, Halstead ProperTV allows users to not only experience a property listing, but also virtually meet brokers, tour neighborhoods and catch up on the latest news aboutthe market. All videos are produced in collaboration with a highly-skilled film crew from FlashFrame Productions and Halstead’s award-winning Marketing Division, and the videos are conveniently catalogued for quick searches with links back to Halstead.com. “When this idea began we concentrated on two elements to ensure long term success and repeat traffic,” said Marketing Manager Matthew Leone, “Quality content and a user friendly viewing experience, and through our in-house staff and our partners collaboration we feel we accomplished that.”
