Halstead Property keeps penetrating new markets. The New York-based real estate brokerage just opened six new offices in southern Connecticut with more than 150 agents on-site at high-traffic retail locations in Greenwich, Stamford, Darien, Rowayton, New Canaan, Westport and Wilton, all towns with home prices that rival some of Manhattan’s top neighborhoods. Halstead will employ its marketing strength and reliance on economic data to compete with longstanding Fairfield County firms William Pitt Sotheby’s and Prudential. “We were seeing a significant amount of customers moving to New York City from this part of Connecticut and vice-versa,” says Halstead president Diane Ramirez. “The Halstead brand immediately gives our new agents an identity and strong brand.”
